JUDGMENT
(1) The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction of wages, arrears of pay, notice pay and holiday pay succeeds. The respondent is order to pay the claimant the sum of £490.09 (gross), such payments being subject to tax and national insurance contributions. This comprises unpaid wages in the sum of £202.50; notice pay of £66.83; and holiday pay of £220.76.(2) The claimant’s claim for failure to provide a written contract of employment is not well founded and dismissed.
