JUDGMENT
(1) The Claimant was unfairly dismissed and the Respondents must pay him. (a) A basic award of £10,890 (b) A compensatory award of £18,876. , £10,890. of which is subject to the Employment Protection (Recoupment Benefits) Regulations 1996.(2) The Claimant suffered an unlawful deduction of wages and the Respondents must pay him £6,384.12.(3) The Claimant is owed accrued but untaken holiday pay and the Respondents must pay him £336.15.(4) The Respondents failed to issue the Claimant with a written Statement of Particulars of Employment as required by S1 Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Respondents must pay the Claimant £1452 for this failure.
