JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s dismissal was an act of direct race discrimination pursuant to section 13 Equality Act 2010 (EqA) and that complaint is well-founded.[2]All other claims of direct race discrimination and race harassment (s.26 EqA) are not well-founded and are dismissed.[3]The Claimant is awarded, and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant, the following sums totalling £20,142.90 in respect of paragraph 1 above: a) Injury to Feelings - £7,500 b) Loss of salary - £8,400 c) Uplift for unreasonable breach of relevant ACAS Code of Practice (Assessed at 20%) - £3,180 d) Interest – £1,062.90
