Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response has been presented within the requisite time limit and on the basis of the available information before Employment Judge Lloyd;[1]The judgment of the tribunal is that the claimant has proven her claims of:(a) Breach of contract; the respondent has failed to pay her notice pay(b) Unpaid wages; by non-payment of arrears of wages.(c) Holiday pay[2]I order the respondent to pay the claimant(a) £1655.96 in respect of 4 weeks notice(b) £413.99 in respect of one week's arrears of wages, unpaid.(c) £1324.80 in respect of holiday pay.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant the total sum of £3,394.75[4]The hearing scheduled for Tuesday 28 November 2017 is vacated in respect of liability and remedy.
