JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment and the respondent is ordered to pay him the sum of £8027.15 in respect of that claim. I am satisfied that the claimant has taken all reasonable steps to recover this sum from the respondent.[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract (wrongful dismissal) is wellfounded and the respondent is ordered to pay him the sum of £2833.11 (nine weeks’ net pay) by way of damages.[3]The tribunal makes no order for costs because from the information available there are no grounds to do so.[4]The hearing on 14 November 2017 is hereby vacated.
