JUDGMENT
[1]Respondent (1), Astwood Joinery Contracts Ltd, made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in the gross sum of £550 and must pay that sum to the claimant.[2]By consent, respondent (2), APN Recruitment Ltd, made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in the gross sum of £110 and must pay that sum to the claimant.[3]The above judgment was made and took effect on 20 November 2017. Reasons were provided orally and written reasons will only be provided if asked for by a written request presented by any party within 14 days of the sending of the written record of the decision.
