Mr Carl Schekleford v Birmingham City Council: 1301835/2018
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 23 January 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• it has not been actively pursued.[2]It is no longer possible to have a fair hearing of the claim, because of the claimant’s failure to pursue it by complying with directions. 2. The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 30 and 31 January 2019 will not take place.
