JUDGMENT
(1) The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in respect of the periods from 1 to 10 March and 26 May to 2 June 2017 inclusive, but not in respect of the period from 11 March to 25 May 2017 inclusive.(2) In light of paragraph (1), without prejudice to any appeal against or application for reconsideration of the judgment contained in that paragraph, the parties have agreed that the total gross sum deducted from the claimant’s wages was £722.12. The respondent must pay that sum to the claimant.(3) This judgment took effect on 10 October 2017.(4) Reasons for paragraph (1) were given orally at the hearing and no request for written reasons was made. Written reasons will only be provided if requested in writing within 14 days of the date this judgment is sent to the parties.
