Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of procedure) Regulations 2013, the judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant of £625.00[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant the sum of £267.35[3]The hearing listed on 21 August 2023 is cancelled.[4]The sums payable above are the gross amounts to be paid and the claimant is responsible for any income tax and National Insurance contributions thereon.
