JUDGMENT
[1]The claims against Mrs J Quarmby are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The claimant’s claim of discrimination because of the protected characteristic of disability, contrary to Sections 13 and 39(2)(c) of the Equality Act 2010 fails and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim of a failure to make reasonable adjustments contrary to Sections 21 and 39(5) of the Equality Act 2010 succeeds. Note: written reasons will not be provided unless requested at the Hearing itself or in writing within 14 days of the sending of the written record of the decision, Rule 62(3).
