JUDGMENT

The complaints of(1) discrimination on the grounds of belief;(2) discrimination on the grounds of marriage;(3) detriment and/or automatic unfair dismissal by reason of having made protected disclosures, and(4) alleged contraventions of the Employment Relations Act 1999 (Blacklist) Regulations 2010 are struck out.

REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £250 per complaint following a preliminary hearing held on 28 November 2025. The Order was sent to the claimant on 23 December 2025. That order was varied by a further Order issued by the Tribunal on 13 January 2026 thereby extending the time for payment of the deposits until by no later than 4pm on 19 January 2026. The claimant has failed to pay these deposits. The complaints of(1) discrimination on the grounds of belief;(2) discrimination on the grounds of marriage;(3) protected disclosures, and(4) alleged contraventions of the Employment Relations Act 1999 (Blacklist) Regulations 2010 are therefore struck out under rule 40(4) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.
