[1]The default judgment made on 20 September 2017 is hereby reviewed and revoked.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £3340.28 to the claimant which is comprised of unauthorised deductions from wages for May 2017 of £1348.88 and June 2017 of £435.00 plus statutory notice pay of three weeks of £933.84 uplifted by two weeks’ pay for failure to provide written particulars of employment of £622.56.[3]I hereby record that the respondent signed a cheque for the sum of £3340.28 and gave it to the claimant at the conclusion of the hearing.
