JUDGMENT
Pursuant to a judgment made by Employment Judge Harding under Rule 21 and sent to the parties on 26 June 2018; and the claims not being disputed:[1]I order the respondent to pay damages to the claimants for breach of contract over the failure to give notice or payment in lieu thereof in the following amounts: Mrs Parker - 12 x £130.50 = £1,566.00 (net), Mrs Taylor - 12 x £52.50 = £630.00 (net) and Mrs Yorke - 12 x £52.50 = £630.00 (net).[2]The claimants are entitled to a redundancy payment in the following amounts: Mrs Parker - 20 x 1.5 x £142.50 = £4,275.00, Mrs Taylor - 17 x 1.5 x £52.50 = £1,338.75 and Mrs Yorke - 14 x 1.5 x £52.50 = £1,102.50.[3]I made no award for compensation for unfair dismissal because the claimants did not seek any. 5 November 2018
