JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was adjudged to have been unfairly dismissed. A judgment to that effect was sent to the parties on 10 December 2018.

[2]Upon hearing his remedy application, I award him the following itemised heads of compensation; and I order the respondent to pay to the claimant the total award of £12,124.33; comprising, a) A basic award of £1,839.36 b) An award for wrongful dismissal of £1,452.73 c) A net compensatory award of £8,832.20

[3]The recoupment regulations do not apply.

[4]The respondent is insolvent. Sections 166 and 184 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 apply.
