[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to Bright Hospitality Operations Limited.[2]The complaint of unlawful deductions from wages is well founded and is upheld and the sum of £1500.00 is awarded.[3]The complaint of failure to pay accrued but untaken holiday is well founded and is upheld and the sum of £887.67 is awarded.[4]The Respondent failed to issue the Claimant with a statement of employment particulars and the Claimant is awarded four weeks pay in the sum of £1384.62 for such failure under S38 Employment Act 2002.
