JUDGMENT
[1]The claim against the First Respondent is dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed on withdrawal.[3]The complaint of unlawful deductions form wages is well founded and is upheld against the Second Respondent in the sum of £4735 (this sum includes a payment in respect of four weeks holiday taken by the Claimant in 2016 for which he received no pay whatsoever).[4]The claim for notice pay is well founded and is upheld against the Second Respondent in the sum of £187.50.[5]An uplift for failure to provide any written particulars of employment is made against the Second Respondent in the sum of £750 and under s38 Employment Act 2002.[6]The complaint of race discrimination is not well founded and is dismissed.
