[1]By consent, the respondent’s name is amended to Stardust Healthcare Limited t/a Bluebird Case Birmingham East & North.[2]The claimant’s claim for holiday pay is dismissed upon withdrawal. The claimant’s remaining claims will proceed to hearing from 28 September to 30 September 2022 inclusive.
