[1]The claimant’s claims for a redundancy payment notice pay holiday pay and unpaid wages for January February and March 2016 were presented within time.[2]The claimant’s claim for unpaid wages in 2013 is withdrawn and dismissed.[3]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £2389. 84 (wages for January 2016 February 2016 and 1 to 25 March 2016 at £187.62 gross per week).[4]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to her in the sum of £2251.44 (12 weeks at £187.62 per week).
