JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for constructive unfair dismissal was not presented within the required time limits under section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. It would have been reasonably practicable for the claimant to have presented her claim within the three month time limit. The claim for constructive unfair dismissal is dismissed.[2]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider a claim under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. This claim is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim for disability discrimination was brought within such period as the tribunal thinks just and equitable, and will therefore proceed.
