Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £402.50 [ £(330 wages plus 72.50 mileage)].[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £114.23.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £82.50. AND THE CLAIMANT IS DIRECTED To inform the Tribunal by no later than 3 August 2018 as to whether or not she intends to pursue a claim of unfair dismissal, and if so, on what basis as she does not have the 2 years’ qualifying service required by section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996
