JUDGMENT
[1]Pursuant to Rule 37(1)(a) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, the claimant’s claims for unpaid wages and “other payments” are dismissed as having no reasonable prospect of success.[2]Pursuant to Rule 37(1)(a) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, the claimant’s claim for indirect discrimination is dismissed as having no reasonable prospect of success.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims for race discrimination (direct discrimination, harassment, and victimisation) are unaffected by this judgement and are the subject of an accompanying Case Management Order.
