JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal heard oral evidence from the Claimant. The Claimant confirmed to me today this the correct employer as the employer identified in her last two pay slips s Executive Carers Limited (Companies house 12975791) and not Executive Care Agency Limited (creditors voluntary liquidation). Both companies were registered at the same address until the latter went into liquidation and the address was changed to the liquidators address on companies’ house. The Tribunal orders; (i) The claim is dismissed only because the Claimant has already secured a county court judgment (351MC890) dated 08.02.2023, for the identical claim and identical claimed loss, against the above-named Respondent (Companies house 12975791).
