JUDGMENT
It is the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal that:[1]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract is well founded and I make a declaration to that effect.[2]The claimant’s claim for non-payment of holiday pay is well founded and I make a declaration to that effect[3]The claimant’s claim for failure to provide an itemised pay statement is well founded and I make a declaration to that effect. The terms of the claimant’s pay statement are a gross monthly pay of £3250 with the usual statutory deductions for tax and national insurance.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £3,988.14
