Case Numbers: 1301416/2025 1301417/2025 1301418/2025 1301419/2025 1301420/2025 1301421/2025 1301422/2025 1301423/2025 1301424/2025 1301425/2025 1301426/2025 1301427/2025 AND UPON CONSIDERING THE CLAIMANT’S BUNDLE OF DOCUMENTS OF 49 PAGES, INCLUDING THE SECRETARY OF STATE’S ET3 AND SUBMISSIONS, THE WITNESS STATEMENT OF KEVIN EDWARDS AND THE CLAIMANTS’ SUBMISSIONS[1]The Claimants’ claims that the Respondent failed to comply with the requirements of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 in respect of their dismissals are well-founded.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimants a protective award under section 189(2) and (3) of the Act for the period of 90 days from the dismissals on 4 December 2024 under section 189(3) and (4).[3]The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Jobseeker’s Allowance and Income Support) Regulations 1996 apply to these awards and the Tribunal has determined that the protected period is 90 days from 4 December 2024 in each case.
