[1]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £ 241.69 (44 hours and 30 minutes worked in November 2015 x £6.50 per hour = £289.25 - £46.26 wages paid).[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £348.47 compensation in lie of entitlement to annual leave (24.75 days x £14.10 net daily rate of pay).[3]In the exercise of my powers under Employment Tribunal Rules 75 (1) (b) and 76 (4) I make a costs order that the respondent pay to the claimant the sum of £390 (issue fee of £160 and hearing fee of £230).
