[1]By consent, the claimant’s claim for damages for breach of contract is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages was presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented in time. I do not extend the time. Therefore, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear this claim and it is dismissed.[3]The claim for unfair dismissal was presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented in time. I do not extend the time. Therefore, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear this claim and it is dismissed.[4]The claim for race discrimination was presented out of time. It is not just and equitable to extend the time. Therefore, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear this claim and it is dismissed.
