JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for direct race discrimination is dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in respect of:a. Unpaid wages of 3 hours worked in November 2018 and 4 hours worked in December 2018 amounting to £70;b. Unpaid accrued but untaken holiday (10 days) in the sum of £500;c. Unpaid notice pay (4 weeks) in the sum of £1000; and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,570.[3]This sum(s) payable under paragraph 1 above are the gross amount to be paid and the claimant is to be responsible for any income tax and National Insurance Contributions thereon.
