Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No Response having been presented in time and on the basis of the information before me in the Claim form I find:[1]The Respondent’s correct title is Josh Mellor trading as G B Cleaning & Co.[2]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages of £120.60 and he is ordered to pay that sum to the Claimant. It is not clear whether that sum has been calculated net or gross of tax and NI and the claimant will be accountable for any deductions due. se Number Case number 1301287/19[3]I can make no award for compensation for stress and inconvenience caused by the failure to pay wages properly due as the claimant has provided no evidence of financial loss.
