RESPONDENT’S COSTS APPLICATION Rules 74-78 Rules of Procedure 2013 The judgment of the tribunal in the respondent’s application for costs, pursuant to the leave to apply granted on 25 November 2019, is;[1]The respondent is awarded its costs is defending the claimant’s claims, which claims were dismissed on 25 November 2019.[2]I assess the amount of costs, in accordance with rule 78, in the sum of £2,347.00, which is payable by the claimant to the respondent.[1]The claimant has not proven his claim against the respondent of breach of contract or of unpaid wages. I dismiss his claim in its entirety.[2]I give liberty to the respondent to apply for costs within 14 days, in writing; giving the grounds and amount of claim.
