There is no requirement for further service.[2]The respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without the full period of notice to which she was entitled and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant damages of £203.87, being a gross sum.[3]The respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £142.50, being a gross sum.[4]The respondent failed to provide a statement of particulars and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £407.74.
