JUDGMENT

(1) The unfair dismissal complaint was not presented to the Tribunal within the time limit in section 111(2)(a) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the complaint to be presented within that time limit.

(2) Proceedings on the disability discrimination complaints were brought after the end of the time periods set out in sections 123(1)(a) and (b) of the Equality Act 2010.

(3) The claimant’s entire claim therefore fails and is dismissed.
