JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent’s application to strike out the claim pursuant to Rule 37 of the Employment Tribunal Rules is refused and dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages is not well-founded, fails and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim that the respondent breached Regulation 12 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 over its failure to provide him with rest breaks is not well-founded, fails and is dismissed.
