Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £5,827.59.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £516.30.[3]The respondent was in breach of contract by failing to pay the claimant’s expenses. The respondent is ordered to pay damages of £181.30.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £852.92.[5]The amount due to the claimant is uplifted by £1,916.00 because the respondent failed to provide a statement of particulars of employment to the claimant.[6]The total sum to be paid to the claimant is £9294.11.
