The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 24 September 2018 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: it has not been actively pursued, in that the claimant has not replied to letters sent by the tribunal dated 5 July 2018, 14 August 2018 and 20 August 2018.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations, in writing or otherwise, as to why should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 28 & 29 November 2018 will not take place.
