[1]The claim for breach of contract is well founded; alternatively[2]The claim in respect of unlawful deduction from wages is well founded. Case No.1301111/2018[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £735 which sum, for the avoidance of doubt, is in satisfaction of both claims and is ordered gross. Oral reasons having been given, the parties were, and are, reminded of Rule 62(3) of Schedule 1 of the 2013 Rules regarding written reasons not being produced unless requested and/or subsequently requested in accordance with Rule 62(3).
