Mr R Lynch and Others v Carillion Services Ltd (In Compulsory Liquidation): 1301103/2018 and Others
JUDGMENT
The claims are struck out.REASONS
[1]On 20 July 2021 the Tribunal wrote to each of the self-represented claimants asking for confirmation that the claims were to be pursued.[2]The claimants named in the schedule to this judgment did not reply.[3]By a letter dated 31 August 2021 the Tribunal gave those claimants an opportunity to make representations (or to request a hearing at which to do so) as to why their claims should not be struck out because they have not been actively pursued.[4]The claimants named in the schedule to this judgment have not replied to that letter either. No representations have been made objecting to the claims being struck out. None of them have requested a hearing. The claims have not been actively pursued and are therefore struck out.
