Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £250.56 ( 32 hours at £7.83 per hour) .[2]The claim to which the proceedings relate concerns a matter to which the ACAS Code of practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures applies and the respondent has unreasonably failed to comply with that Code and the tribunal considers it just and equitable in all the circumstances to increase the award to the claimant by 25% in the sum of £ 25.05 .[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the total sum of £ 275.61.[6]The hearing listed on 2 July 2019 is cancelled.
