JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of age discrimination is dismissed following a withdrawal of that claim by the claimant.[2]The claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and unauthorised deduction from wages were presented out of time, it was reasonably practicable for them to be presented in time and therefore the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear them.[3]Accordingly, all of the claimant’s claims are dismissed.
