JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages in relation to his pay for February 2021 is well-founded in part.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant accordingly the sum of £2,037.67.[3]Tax and National Insurance in respect of the relevant payments having already been deducted and paid, the above amount shall be paid to the Claimant without further deduction.[4]In accordance with rule 66 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the above amount is payable by the Respondent within 14 days of the date of this Judgment. Case No: 1301032/2021 Note: This was a remote hearing. There was no objection to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was V - video. It was not practicable to hold a face-to-face hearing because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
