Upon Hearing the claimant in person and counsel for the respondent, my judgment on the preliminary applications is as follows:

[1]I grant the claimant’s application to amend her claim, of case number 1301031/2019 in the terms set out in her application contained in the hearing bundle and more particularly described in the accompanying case management summary and order.

[2]I order that cases number 1301031/2019 and 1302317/2020, shall be consolidated and from 21 August 2020, the date of this hearing, shall be managed and heard together.
