[1]The Claimant’s claim for Interim Relief pending determination of this complaint is well-founded and upon the Respondent failing to attend this hearing it is ORDERED that: a) The Claimant’s contract of employment shall be continued from 26 April 2021 until the determination or settlement of this Claim; b) The Claimant’s continuity of employment shall be preserved; c) The Claimant shall be paid £920 per week (gross) for the period set out at paragraph (a) above; d) Payment for the period from 26 April 2021 to 10 May 2021 (£1,840) shall be paid no later than 17 May 2021 and the Respondent shall pay a further sum of £920 on 17 May 2021 and the same sum on the same day each week thereafter.
