JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent company was the Claimant’s employer and the claims are dismissed as against Mr J. Hughes and Mrs Alison Hughes. Case No.1301013/2018[2]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim for unlawful deductions as it was presented out of time.[3]The claim for a redundancy payment is well founded and declares that the claimant is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £4,292.28, being 12 weeks pay at £357.69 per week. Oral reasons having been given, the parties were and are reminded of Rule 62(3) of Schedule 1 of the 2013 Rules regarding written reasons not being produced unless requested and/or subsequently requested in accordance with Rule 62(3).
