[1]The Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to entertain the complaint of Unfair Dismissal. The complaint is dismissed.[2]The claimant has failed to particularise her complaint for failure to pay accrued and untaken holiday pay which is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s complaint of breach of contract does not succeed and is dismissed.[4]The respondent made a limited number of unlawful deductions from pay.
