JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of unlawful deductions from wages was lodged with the Tribunal “out of time”.[2]The date of the unlawful deduction was 25 June 2021.[3]EC notification was received by ACAS on 17 December 2021.[4]The Tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented to the Tribunal within the primary time limit (as varied by the Employment Tribunals (Early Conciliation: Exemptions and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2014).[5]The Claimant’s claim is therefore dismissed.
