[1]The claimant’s claims for arrears of pay and holiday pay are well founded and succeed.[2]The respondent is order to pay the claimant(1) the sum of £276 in respect of accrued but untaken holidays; and(2) the sum of £1,530 in respect of unpaid wages. Both payments are subject to tax and national insurance contributions.
