[1]The following complaints are, by consent, dismissed upon withdrawal in accordance with rules 51 and 52 of the Rules of procedure:1.1 all and any complaints whatsoever against the first respondent, Mr Lubkowski;

1.2 against the second respondent, all and any complaints that are not victimisation complaints under the Equality Act 2010.
