JUDGMENT
[1]The Claim for wrongful dismissal is successful and the Claimant shall be paid by the Respondent 213.75 Pounds in respect thereof.[2]The Claim for unpaid wages being a breach of contract outstanding at the date of termination is successful and the Claimant shall be paid by the Respondent 1,467.70 Pounds in respect thereof.[3]The Claim for unpaid holiday pay is successful and the Claimant shall be paid by the Respondent 645.00 Pounds in respect thereof.[4]The Claimant was not given a written contract / terms and conditions of his employment and shall be paid by the Respondent 855.00 Pounds in respect of that default.[5]The Claim for unfair dismissal fails because the Claimant does not have the necessary service to bring such a claim.[6]The Claim of disability discrimination is dismissed upon withdrawal. Case No: 1300863/2018[7]For the avoidance of doubt the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant 3185.45 Pounds in respect of paragraphs 1 to 4 inclusive.
