[1]The respondent’s name is corrected by agreement to that stated in the title above.[2]The claimant’s complaint that she was unfairly dismissed by the respondent on 17 December 2020 is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The claimant was not dismissed in breach of contract and that complaint is also dismissed.[4]It was agreed that the respondent failed to compensate the claimant in relation to the claimant’s entitlement to holiday leave that had accrued as at the termination of the claimant’s employment. By agreement the respondent is ordered to pay £132.06 (gross) to the claimant in respect of the accrued leave. Signed electronically by me
