JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £1007.25. The said sum comprises the following:2.1 a gross sum of £736.00 for failure to pay the claimant outstanding wages2.2 a gross sum of £224.00 in respect of the respondent’s failure to pay the claimant for holidays accrued but not taken at the date of termination of her employment2.3 a gross sum of £47.25 to reimburse the claimant for expenses incurred during the course of her employment[3]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is struck out on the ground the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the same.[4]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply. 1 of 2 Case Number:1300855/2019
