JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in respect of:a. Unpaid wages between 26 November 2018 and 4 December 2018 amounting to £923.08;b. Unpaid accrued but untaken holiday (11.5 days) in the sum of £1326.92;c. Unpaid commission of £8815.23 (which includes the disputed commission of £3672.59 in respect of Mr Dale’s pension); and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £11,065.23.[2]This sum(s) payable under paragraph 1 above are the gross amount to be paid and the claimant is to be responsible for any income tax and National Insurance Contributions thereon.
